Treat her like you want to be treated. Be open to the possibility of a new friendship. Treasure the friendships you have now. Don't be so combative with her off the rip. Celebrate her accomplishments. "I don't hang with women", "Women are to catty", "I don't want any friends" "Don't trust her"... remove those from your thought process. All they do is build a wall between you and another sister. Judge her by her actions...not by someone else word. The same effort you put in fostering a healthy relationship with a man, do the same fostering a friendship with a sister. Communicate with one another. When a sister falls down, help her back up. Teach these to your daughter....then one day she'll teach it to hers.

Richmond Brand Ambassador needed for 9/19

Hello Richmond area Brand Ambassadors!

Pepper Talent and Department Zero are seeking a BACKUP Brand Ambassador for this Thursday, September 19th!

BACKUP Brand Ambassadors are responsible for showing up on-site (near the VCU campus) before the activation begins to speak with our Tour Managers about their shift responsibilities.  If the backup is needed to work the full shift, you will work for the BA pay rate of $16 an hour. However, if the Tour Managers release you from the event site for the day, we will pay you a flat $25 for just showing up.

Brand Ambassador who work the shift are responsible for being apart of a guerrilla style street team that will be distributing 6,000 product samples to students on VCU's campus.

Shift Times: 7:30 am to 2:30 pm

RedLine is looking for attractive females that are out-going, energetic, reliable and have a fantastic work ethic to work an event in Richmond!

Dress Attire:

-Solid Khaki pants (professional looking)

-Solid White Button Down shirt or Polo 

-Black or White Shoes 

-Hair done & makeup done 

-NO visible tattoos or piercings other than ears 

A logo shirt will be provided when you get to the event. Please make sure that you are dressed the part, they want you to be like a magnet - look and personality wise!

Staff Responsibilities:

All staff should be highly personable and able to engage any, and every, consumer without hesitation. Some of the tasks include but are not limited to: handing out premiums, registering data, possible set up and break down of event, engaging consumers etc.

Pay:

The contract pays $13-15 an hour

In order to receive the top pay out, the client must report back that you were punctual, outgoing, look like your picture, were only on cell phone during breaks, if at all, just representing RedLine and the client in a spirit of excellence. They are expecting HIGH ENERGY ALL DAY :)
